Dell – Axim Navigator Project (2004)
As Sr. Product Manager and Creative Director, led a team of software and design consultants to re-brand and enhance usability for Dell’s Axim port of Intellinav, the Pocket PC Navigation software (powered by Netropa & Navtech). Responsibilities included market research, information architecture, usability testing (hands-on and with small focus groups), as well as overseeing the localization of the product for France, Germany, and Spain.
Note: this work was in 2004 and pre-dated iPhones, Google Maps, or a ‘mature’ touchscreen user-base.
