IMO Wireless
As a Product Advisor and engineer for the IMO Wireless project by Mindseye, Inc., scoped features and led technical implementation for IMO’s flagship in-store kiosk experience for the ‘IMO Advisor’.
Responsibilities included requirements gathering, wireframing and prototype building, as well as defining technical architecture for the first of its kind kiosk RIA built in Adobe Flex. The IMO Advisor served to personalize the phone shopping experience, and reduce the involvement of customer support staff until the moment of sale. Features included an interactive device configurator / comparison tool, a billing plan customizer, and a near-realtime coverage mapper.
